Organized by Adam Baer, Burke Richeson, and MaKla Sanchez \u2014 owner of FitStop in Plymouth and Rochester \u2014 the event features three lifts: back squat, bench press, and deadlift. Athletes will compete for prize money, trophies, and bragging rights, with standings determined by the Wilks Coefficient, which accounts for weight, age, and sex.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:13px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">Registration is $100 and includes a swag bag, t-shirt, towel, refreshments, and a competitor&#8217;s medallion.
