In a video from June 25, <strong>he detailed his 4,100-calorie Jay Cutler-style full day of eating three weeks before competing.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u201cI guess we\u2019re doing a <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/15599\/jay-cutler\/\">Jay Cutler<\/a>-style diet,\u201d he said. \u201cThree and a half weeks out from the Chicago Pro, and I feel it.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Last season, Greggo solidified his standing as a top Classic Physique competitor. His breakout performance came at the <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/2025-arnold-classic-results\/\">2025 Arnold Classic<\/a>, where he pushed Logan Franklin and champ <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/mike-sommerfeld-profile\/\">Mike Sommerfeld<\/a> en route to a bronze finish.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Weeks later, Greggo picked up a dominant victory at the <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/2025-detroit-pro-results\/\">Detroit Pro<\/a> but fell to 10th place at the <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/2025-mr-olympia-results\/\">Mr. Olympia<\/a>. Since then, he\u2019s rebounded, scoring runner-up at the <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/2025-hurricane-pro-results\/\">Hurricane Pro<\/a>. Greggo has been unable to qualify for the 2026 Olympia after claiming third place at the TriCity Pro. I feel like I\u2019m not even dieting when I eat this meal because it\u2019s so good.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 id=\"meal-2-pre-workout\">Meal 2 (Pre-Workout)\u00a0<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>steak (filet mignon)<\/li>\n<li>rice<\/li>\n<li>honey<\/li>\n<li>Red Hot Sauce\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>salt\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Before training, Greggo opened up on improving his mind-muscle connection for back training.\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m excited. I\u2019ve been really connecting with my back. I\u2019ve been doing a little bit of activation stuff before I train. Before I get to my first exercise, I\u2019ll do some band stuff, like I usually do, rotator cuff stuff, like I usually do, and then do a cable row and really flex my lats.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 id=\"meal-3-post-workout\">Meal 3 (Post-Workout)\u00a0<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>cooked shrimp\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>rice<\/li>\n<li>honey<\/li>\n<li>soy sauce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>He refueled after training with shrimp and rice and discussed why he never feels his best on high days:\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cWhen I do high days\u2026 maybe it\u2019s just me, but I feel worse on my high days. I don\u2019t know if it\u2019s because my body is digesting the carbs and everything.
