She returned at the <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/2026-arnold-classic-results-all-divisions\/\">2026 Arnold Classic<\/a> in pursuit of a fourth title, but finished a close second behind Aimee Delgado. This showdown set the tone for their future battles.<\/p>\n<p>When they both clashed at the <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/2026-pittsburgh-pro-results\/\">Pittsburgh Pro<\/a>, Chapados\u2019 fullness and tight waist led to victory. I\u2019m locked in.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 id=\"meal-2\">Meal 2<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>3.5 oz lean ground turkey\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>5 oz cooked sweet potato\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>mushrooms &amp; onions\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>50g avocado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>She alternates her carb sources depending on when she trains. Ideally, Chapados prefers slower-absorbing carbs before training.\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cIf I were to train immediately, I would most likely get rice instead, because it\u2019s a faster carb, but I\u2019ve been really loving how I\u2019m dividing my meals right now. So, a little bit of a slower carbs in the morning, there\u2019s carbs at every meal, you\u2019re going to see.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 id=\"meal-3\">Meal 3<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>4.5 oz sockeye salmon\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>5 oz cooked jasmine rice<\/li>\n<li>broccoli &amp; cauliflower\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Celsius Drink\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>steak seasoning\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>salt\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>She enjoyed salmon for her third meal and emphasized that she eats 10 ounces of rice daily.\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cI eat 10 ounces of rice per day. So, it\u2019s easy for me to separate it. I pushed as much as I could. It\u2019s okay.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 id=\"meal-5\">Meal 5<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>3.5 oz chicken breast\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>5 oz cooked white rice\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>tomatoes\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp sauerkraut\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>She ate rice after training and explained how she chooses her vegetables for each meal:\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cWith this last prep, I had very specific veggies with whatever I wanted to eat, but I\u2019ll be more than happy to have ground beef, or we\u2019ll see what I end up doing, maybe a burger bowl or something.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 id=\"meal-6\">Meal 6\u00a0<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>5 oz lean ground bison\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>5 oz Japanese sweet potato\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>green beans\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp Primal Ketchup\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Finishing off the day, Chapados filled up with bison and touched on some of her favorite sauces and seasonings.\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve been switching to things that are more natural, new sauces, Primal Kitchen, are some of my top condiments when it comes to being off-season.
