But coach Pearse McNerney, who runs the  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/pearse_thealphadad\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/pearse_thealphadad\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"@pearse_thealphadad\" data-node-id=\"5.3\" class=\"body-link css-10fnnmt emevuu60\">@pearse_thealphadad<\/a> account, argues that it doesn&#8217;t have to be this way.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"10\" class=\"css-1ood0zq emevuu60\">He recommends a simple three-day-a-week workout routine to help dads stay on top of their training without having to spend all their time in the gym.
