He scored a fantastic victory at the Tampa Pro, where he defeated names like John Jewett and Quinton Eriya, and subsequently dominated the Texas Pro as well. These triumphs catapulted him to his first Mr. Olympia, where he earned an impressive 12th-place finish on his debut. Now he has a clear goal\u2014to qualify for Mr. Olympia again and climb even higher in the rankings. A hefty calorie load will help him achieve this, and he\u2019ll be taking it with him as he heads straight to Italy.<\/p>\n<p>What exactly does a day on the plate of an elite pro look like during the bulking phase of his preparation? Let\u2019s take a look.<\/p>\n<h2>Jordan Hutchinson\u2019s Full-Day Meal Plan Ahead of Italy Pro<\/h2>\n<h3>Meal 1: A Sweet and Savory Start to the Day<\/h3>\n<p>The very first meal of the day is literally a powerhouse of energy. Hutchinson prepared:<\/p>\n<ul>&#13;<\/p>\n<li>2 whole English muffins<\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li>2 whole eggs and 250 g of egg whites<\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li>95 g of protein waffles (\u201cBowl of Gains\u201d)<\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li>100 g of strawberries and 75 g of banana<\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li>15 g of jam and 30 g of peanut butter<\/li>\n<p>&#13;\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><small><cite class=\"blockquote\"><strong><i>\u201cIt\u2019s going to be a great day. This meal alone will give me 60 grams of protein, 177 grams of carbs, and 26.5 grams of fat. After my next meals, I\u2019ll feel absolutely fantastic,\u201d<\/i><\/strong> Jordan said.<\/cite><\/small><\/p>\n<h3>Meal 2: Rice, Meat, and Digestive Support<\/h3>\n<ul>&#13;<\/p>\n<li>115 g lean beef steak (top sirloin)<\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li>375 g rice<\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li>10 g butter<\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li>20 g dates<\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li>Sauerkraut and sauce<\/li>\n<p>&#13;\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hutchinson also takes care of his gut health, which is why he included sauerkraut in this meal\u2014which he buys in bulk at Costco.<\/p>\n<h3>Meal 3 (Pre-Workout Meal): Extreme Pump<\/h3>\n<ul>&#13;<\/p>\n<li>115 g chicken<\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li>260 g rice<\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li>3 caramel rice cakes<\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li>110 g apples, 18 g peanut butter, 20 g honey<\/li>\n<p>&#13;\n<\/ul>\n<p>Jordan shared his favorite pre-workout ritual\u2014he adds softened apples (specifically the Cosmic Crisp variety) to his chicken and rice, which, together with the honey and rice cakes, provides him with quick energy for a tough workout.<\/p>\n<h3>Meal 4 (Post-Workout Meal): Fast Carbs and Recovery<\/h3>\n<p>A brutal leg workout is followed by a sweet reward:<\/p>\n<ul>&#13;<\/p>\n<li>140 g of \u201cBowl of Gains\u201d mix (peanut cookie and strawberry flavor)<\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li>Strawberries and bananas (approx. 15 g of carbohydrates)<\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li>Whey protein (strawberry and cream flavor)<\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li>Pieces of Lotus Biscoff cookies, peanut butter, and 15 g of strawberry jam<\/li>\n<p>&#13;\n<\/ul>\n<p>Jordan also revealed to his fans that he\u2019s been struggling with a dysfunctional left hip, which has forced him to add extra physical therapy to his routine.
