Subscribe for free!<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<h3 id=\"meal-1-pre-workout\">Meal 1: Pre-Workout\u00a0<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>40g whey isolate\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>120g cream of rice<\/li>\n<li>150g mixed berries<\/li>\n<li>28g peanut butter<\/li>\n<li>1g pink salt \u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ruffin has preferred cream of rice over oatmeal in the mornings as he kicks off preparations for Olympia.\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cGoing to eat this and head to the gym,\u201d he shared. \u201cRight now, we\u2019re eating so much, so we\u2019re going to stick with cream of rice [over oatmeal].\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 id=\"meal-2-post-workout\">Meal 2: Post-Workout\u00a0<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 scoops whey isolate<\/li>\n<li>150g cream of rice<\/li>\n<li>1 medium banana\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>He kept it simple post-workout, enjoying more cream of rice with a banana and whey protein.\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cWe just made it back to the crib, we got our next meal going down. Plain and simple, it looked a lot like the first one.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat\u2019s 50 grams of protein,\u201d he adds. \u201cHuge meal going down right now.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 id=\"meal-3\">Meal 3<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>200g ground turkey<\/li>\n<li>300g rice\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Not so glamorous, but necessary for gains; Ruffin moved on with just ground turkey and rice for his third meal.\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u201cThree meals spaced two hours apart, give or take a couple of minutes here or there. We\u2019ll see what we can do a little bit later.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is normally what I\u2019d do last in the day, but it\u2019s a little bit less volume so it helps me get it down a little bit quicker.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 id=\"meal-5-late-night\">Meal 5: Late Night\u00a0<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>200g cream of rice<\/li>\n<li>1 large banana<\/li>\n<li>30g peanut butter<\/li>\n<li>100g blueberries<\/li>\n<li>2 scoops of whey protein\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>He woke to ensure his last meal of the day, which was cream of rice with fruit and peanut butter.\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s currently like 2 A.M. Your body fell asleep. I knew I would. Like I said before, we got really behind due to the day. We\u2019re going to try to eat a bit more to make up for it,\u201d Terrence Ruffin <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=XDg7ouY1czU&amp;t=15s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">said<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Ruffin has sculpted his physique under the tutelage of legendary bodybuilders. He recently teamed up with Rich Gaspari and pushed through a <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/terrence-ruffin-rich-gaspari-build-tree-trunk-legs\/\">workout to build bigger legs<\/a>. \u201cThe Dragon Slayer\u201d stressed that knee sleeves are a helpful tool on heavier leg day sessions.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>With small improvements, Ruffin could make a play for the Classic Physique Olympia title.
