type of person.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Reaching out to a personal trainer saw her introduced to the gym.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">&#8220;It was my space where I could sort of reset my head and my thoughts whilst challenging my body to grow stronger,&#8221; she said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">After seeing her body transform, Bennett said she soon &#8220;fell in love with the process&#8221; and felt a world away from the person who used to look for a &#8220;quick fix&#8221; that is my reason for getting up on that stage,&#8221; she added.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Describing how her weight loss had changed her life, Bennett said she was still &#8220;slowly getting to grips&#8221;
