In a YouTube video from June 1, <strong>he detailed his low 3,789-calorie full day of eating five and a half weeks from the Italy Pro.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jordan Hutchinson emerged as an elite Men\u2019s Open contender in 2025, laying claim to a dominant victory at the <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/2025-tampa-pro-results\/\">Tampa Pro<\/a>. To secure the title, he defeated frontrunners <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/shaun-clarida-picks-john-jewett-his-new-coach\/\">John Jewett<\/a>, Joseph Palacios, and <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/quinton-eriya-diet-shredded-2026-toronto-pro\/\">Quinton Eriya<\/a>. This performance qualified him for the Mr. Olympia, though Hutchinson was determined to keep testing himself against world-class talent.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>At the <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/2025-texas-pro-results\/\">2025 Texas Pro<\/a>, he continued his dominance and won the Open Bodybuilding title. So, wake up, weigh myself, and send Chris my weight daily. He keeps an eye on that pretty closely.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve made some changes, implemented some changes, and I\u2019m holding on to some more fullness,\u201d he shared. \u201cWe\u2019ve been very moderate this prep with any type of super supps and fat burners and things like that. We are kind of just ramping up now.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 id=\"snack-ninja-creami-recipe\">Snack: Ninja Creami Recipe\u00a0<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>280 grams of almond milk\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>1 packet of Truvia sweetener\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>1\/8 tsp of salt\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>30 grams vanilla cake protein powder\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>25 grams of chocolate peanut butter protein powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/8 tsp of xanthan gum\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>He offered up his Ninja Creami smoothie recipe and warned against overblending it.\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cYou don\u2019t want to overblend it necessarily because then it\u2019ll get a lot of air pockets in there. Then, it\u2019ll possibly go way over the fill line if you do that.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 id=\"meal-2\">Meal 2<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>cilantro\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>red onion<\/li>\n<li>105 grams of rice\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>175 grams of chicken<\/li>\n<li>50 grams of zucchini\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>33 grams of avocado\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>dash of Everything Bagel Seasoning\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>His second meal contained 57 grams of protein, mostly sourced from chicken.\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cThis one is going to be 57 grams of protein,\u201d he shared. \u201cNext meal, which is pre-workout, is a lot more carbs, almost three times the carbs. Going to eat this and get some more steps in. Now I\u2019m at 12,000 steps for a day and I really got to catch up. I\u2019m at like 4,000 for the day.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 id=\"meal-3\">Meal 3<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>55 grams of sourdough bread\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>238 grams of jasmine rice\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>165 grams of chicken\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>cinnamon\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>salt\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>10 grams of peanut butter\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>110 grams of apples\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>His third meal was a combination of chicken, gut-friendly sourdough bread, and apples.\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u201cLook how beautiful that is, guys, those softened apples. It\u2019s getting a little late, but I can cram both these meals in; the last one doesn\u2019t have carbs.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Following Hutchinson\u2019s impressive 2025 season, bodybuilding veterans have taken notice of his potential. According to former four-time Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler, he <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/jay-cutler-jordan-hutchinson-fight-top-4-at-2026-mr-olympia\/\">predicts Hutchinson could fight for a top four spot<\/a> at the Mr. Olympia with a bigger back.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hutchinson is keeping his diet clean and strict in the lead-up to his next contest.
