The Provincial Government of Bohol has intensified preparations for the upcoming World Natural Bodybuilding Competition as officials and organizers conducted a final coordination meeting ahead of the international event scheduled on May 30, 2026.<\/p>\n
Led by Governor Aris Aumentado in partnership with the World Natural Bodybuilding Federation (WNBF), the meeting gathered representatives from various agencies and organizing teams to finalize security measures, venue preparations, logistics, and emergency response protocols for the competition at the Bohol Cultural Center.<\/p>\n
Aumentado emphasized the importance of ensuring a smooth and successful staging of the global sporting event, which is expected to attract athletes, visitors, and fitness enthusiasts from different countries.<\/p>\n
The hosting of the competition further strengthens Bohol\u2019s growing reputation as a premier sports tourism destination while showcasing the province\u2019s capability to host major international events as the country\u2019s first and only UNESCO Global Geopark.<\/p>\n
He also expressed confidence that the event will not only promote sports excellence but also boost tourism, local businesses, and international exposure for Bohol.<\/p>\n
