So, really, I haven\u2019t taken days off in a long time,\u201d he <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=oO7_eUeKcAs&amp;t=3266s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">said<\/a>. \u201cI\u2019m actually exercising on a daily, like I said, 7 days a week.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m just being more informative about exercise, heart rate, blood flow, metabolism, and stress.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>He pointed out that a fitness routine can help individuals wake up pain-free.\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u201cIf you can put fitness into your life in some sort of aspect, it\u2019s going to be so beneficial.
