Seated hamstring curls are done early in the workout and this is Cutler\u2019s favorite movement.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cMy favorite exercise is the seated hamstring curl. I think because of the length of my quads. I think I have shorter quads and longer calves so this seems to work better in the seated position.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>When performing stiff leg deadlifts, Cutler opts for dumbbells rather than using a barbell.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cI prefer dumbbells because I feel a little bit of you\u2019re not restricted with the bar hitting your shins or feet. What you\u2019re trying to do here, remember it\u2019s about pumping the hamstrings so you get that blood in there.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The workout continues with some of Cutler\u2019s favorite exercises to pump legs. \u00a0A detailed leg workout routine will significantly improve your overall strength and play a crucial role in the \u201cbig three\u201d\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/generationiron.com\/effective-compound-exercises\/\">compound<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0movements,\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/generationiron.com\/performing-perfect-barbell-deadlift\/\">deadlifts<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/generationiron.com\/best-squat-racks\/\">squats<\/a><\/strong>. From an early age, he displayed an incredible work ethic, spending time pouring concrete with his brother at 11 years old. He excelled in football growing up and through high school thanks to his large frame and strength. As he began training in the gym, he would transition into bodybuilding.<\/p>\n<p>Cutler moved to California in 2000 to begin focusing solely on bodybuilding. As time went on, he signed endorsement deals with supplement brand MuscleTech and debuted his own line of athletic gear, Cutler Athletics. Once Cutler took the stage, his potential was undeniable and he was able to turn it into one of the best careers of all-time.<\/p>\n<p>Cutler was a bodybuilding icon as a 4x\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/generationiron.com\/mr-olympia-winners\/\"><strong>Mr. Olympia<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0spanning from 2006-2010 and a 6x runner-up. At 5\u20199\u201d tall, he\u2019s still considered one of the best bodybuilders and managed an epic rivalry with 8x Mr. Olympia\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/generationiron.com\/ronnie-coleman-profile-stats\/\">Ronnie Coleman<\/a><\/strong>.
