By performing two exercises consecutively with little to no rest, this training method can help burn extra calories and reduce total training time.\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u201cI like to work both the biceps and triceps at the same time. I like to get both pumped up at the same time. Not just finish triceps first, then move to biceps, then biceps. I like both parts of it being hit at the same time simultaneously. You\u2019ll find a lot of our workout today is supersets.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u201cThe way I train, my heart has to be pounding the whole time, so I can stay cardiovascularly fit whilst I\u2019m training intensely, regardless of my size,\u201d Samson Dauda <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=MNULorW43H8&amp;t=1455s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">said<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 id=\"triceps-pushdowns-superset-b\">Triceps Pushdowns (Superset B)<\/h3>\n<p>For maximum blood flow and pump, Dauda starts each exercise with higher volume, then slowly increases the weight.\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cYour first rep, first set, you go quite high to get the blood flow in there. As you go up a plate, you\u2019re going to get heavier.
