In a YouTube video from May 10, 2026,<strong> he shared a 3,437-calorie full day of eating five weeks from the Toronto Pro.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u201cLet me show you guys what I\u2019m eating to get shredded.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Boasting aesthetics, shape, and proportions, Eriya has the attributes needed to dominate the sport. In 2025, he competed at a total of five Pro events, starting with a runner-up finish at the <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/2025-tampa-pro-results\/\">Tampa Pro<\/a>. At the <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/2025-texas-pro-results\/\">Texas<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/2025-promuscle-italy-pro-results\/\">Italy Pro<\/a>, he took home top-three finishes.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>He came incredibly close to his first win of the season after a showdown with Urs Kalecinski at the <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/2025-europa-pro-championships-results\/\">Europa Pro<\/a>. While he presented a fuller, more complete package than in previous outings, Eriya didn\u2019t have the conditioning needed to claim gold.<\/p>\n<p>In his final appearance of the year, he secured another impressive second-place finish at the <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/2025-tsunami-pro-results\/\">France Pro<\/a>. Got a protein shake. Just got done with 40 hard minutes on the treadmill. Safe to say I earned my food here.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cStill starving, I want more food, man, but it ain\u2019t about that. It ain\u2019t about what I want. It\u2019s about what I need to do, and I need to keep pushing.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 id=\"meal-2\">Meal 2\u00a0<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>230 grams of steak\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>350 grams of rice\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>5 grams of olive oil\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>1 can of zero-sugar Orange Crush soda\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Despite a lack of mental energy, he pushed through his workout and refueled with steak.\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s one of them days. At the end of the day, I just don\u2019t have the mental energy for nothing today. I\u2019m just here to work. I\u2019m just here to work. That\u2019s all I\u2019m going to do. I\u2019m going to get straight to it but I don\u2019t want to say I\u2019m in a bad mood. I\u2019m not in a bad mood; I\u2019m just whatever.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 id=\"meal-3\">Meal 3\u00a0<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>230 grams of chicken<\/li>\n<li>200 grams of rice\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>5 grams of olive oil\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Noticing a dip in his energy levels, he took a nap after his third meal.\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u201cI actually passed out. I had a crazy nap. We got a show to win.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Eriya has been training in good company over the last several months. He recently linked up with 2024 Mr. Olympia Samson Dauda for a <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/samson-dauda-and-quinton-eriya-chest-calves-workout-2025-mr-olympia\/\">chest and calves workout<\/a>. Dauda shared pointers with Eriya throughout the training session.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Eriya knows that day-to-day discipline and sacrifice could dictate the outcome in his next show.
