At 5\u20199\u201d tall, he\u2019s still considered one of the best bodybuilders and managed an epic rivalry with 8x Mr. Olympia <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/generationiron.com\/ronnie-coleman-profile-stats\/\">Ronnie Coleman<\/a><\/strong>. During a recent back day, he talked about the benefits of incline rows.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cIf your gym has jBells, I highly recommend giving them a shot, otherwise this can be done with any standard dumbbell as well! This is because of the structure, allowing your hand to go straight down the middle and avoid obstructions.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re really going to focus on that whole lat region. So this is the back, and it ties down to that V. This is where the jbells are gonna come in handy. So, We talked about the balance, we talk about the dumbbells maybe hitting something. These, your hands goes through the middle and it\u2019s going to allow you to just have a straight plain. Ideally, it\u2019s going to be like a piston.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Jay Cutler hit 10-12 reps for each set during this movement.
