Joseph Baena<\/a> is proving he\u2019s definitely his father\u2019s son!<\/p>\n On Saturday, April 4, Arnold Schwarzenegger<\/a>\u2019s son scored a win at a second bodybuilding federation<\/a>. He competed at the INBA\u2019s Iron Gladiator competition in California, just a week after taking multiple titles at the NPC Natural Colorado State competition.<\/p>\n Joseph Baena won his second bodybuilding competition on April 4.@WyattCatarina\/X<\/p>\n<\/figcaption><\/div>\n<\/figure>\n Baena shared photos on Instagram showing himself onstage with a sword and shield after earning his pro card.<\/p>\n \u201cYour new INBA Iron Gladiator Classic Physique Champion,\u201d Baena captioned the snaps<\/a> from the annual drug-tested event.<\/p>\n Ahead of the win, Baena revealed on social media that the INBA Iron Gladiator was only his \u201csecond show ever.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m really excited to be a part of the INBA and to experience this wonderful program,\u201d he said. \u201cMy fitness journey, it\u2019s been a long time.\u201d<\/p>\n Baena swam as a kid<\/a> before getting into bodybuilding during his junior year at college.<\/p>\n \u201cI started lifting weights and fell in love with bodybuilding, seeing the improvement, the muscle gain, the strength gain, and I fell in love with the sport, even watching,\u201d he said. \u201cThis year was the year that I said, \u2018Enough being afraid. Enough overthinking. It\u2019s time to commit.'”<\/p>\n Arnold Schwarzenegger earned his pro card at the INBA Iron Gladiator event.@joebaena\/Instagram<\/p>\n<\/figcaption><\/div>\n<\/figure>\n This comes after the 28-year-old \u2014 the love child of former Mr. Olympia<\/a>, 78, and his ex-housekeeper Mildred Baena<\/a> \u2014 won his first competition<\/a> on March 28.<\/p>\n Joseph took first in the Men\u2019s Open Bodybuilding Heavy Weight Class, the Men\u2019s Classic Physique True Novice and the Men\u2019s Classic Physique Novice at the competition.<\/p>\n The Pepperdine University grad shared plenty of smiling snapshots from the event on Instagram.<\/p>\n He flexed his large, tanned and toned physique onstage, wearing just black underwear.<\/p>\n Hours before the competition, he posted selfies getting ready.<\/p>\n \u201cTanned up and checked in! I got cut from my basketball and soccer team because I couldn’t keep up with the other kids,” he said in a candid video posted in July 2025.<\/p>\n “Swim didn’t have tryouts, thankfully, and completely changed my life forever. That was my introduction to fitness and training<\/a>.
