Online<\/a><\/p>\n Joseph Baena<\/strong> is terminating his competition.<\/p>\n The 28-year-old son of Arnold Schwarzenegger<\/a><\/strong> followed in his dad\u2019s footsteps at his first-ever bodybuilding contest in Denver March 28, where he dominated his opponents with his impressive physique.<\/p>\n During the NPC Natural Colorado State competition, Joseph came in first place in several categories including Men’s Open Bodybuilding Heavy Weight Class, Men’s Classic Physique\u2014Novice and Men’s Classic Physique\u2014True Novice, while finishing second in Men\u2019s Classic Physique\u2014Open Class C.<\/p>\n In a post on Instagram<\/a> after the event, Joseph\u2014whose mom is Mildred Baena<\/a><\/strong>\u2014shared several photos of himself flexing and posing onstage, celebrating his achievements with the caption, \u201cMission Accomplished!\u201d<\/p>\n Joseph\u2019s bodybuilding success certainly echoes his dad\u2019s success in the fitness world\u2014including five Mr. Universe wins and seven Mr. Olympia titles\u2014but the Dancing With the Stars<\/a><\/em> alum isn\u2019t merely relying on good genes. Days before the contest, he offered a glimpse at his strict diet, noting that establishing healthy habits is an essential part of his regimen.<\/p>\n More from E!
