From May 25-30, she will be representing Utah at the <a href=\"https:\/\/uspa.net\/event\/uspa-2026-ultra-nationals-anaheim-california\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/uspa.net\/event\/uspa-2026-ultra-nationals-anaheim-california\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>United States Powerlifting Association (USPA) Nationals<\/strong><\/a> in California.<\/p>\n<p><amp-video-iframe src=\"https:\/\/mmamp.abc4.com\/avi\/?key=ypgxbeke\" width=\"16\" height=\"9\" layout=\"responsive\" heights=\"(max-width:610px) calc( 56.25% + 95px ), (max-width:768px) 410px, 56.25%\"\/><\/p>\n<p>To raise funds for the trip, DeCoil is hosting an open competition at her gym, CrossFit Lehi, on April 25 from noon to 5 p.m. The deadlift-focused event, dubbed \u201cPulls &amp; PRs,\u201d is open and welcoming to all, regardless of skill level, age or gender.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe biggest thing I want to represent is women on the platform, small lifters on the platform\u2026 If you\u2019re not used to the gym scene, it can be very intimidating, and I just want to show anyone has the opportunity to be on that platform,\u201d DeCoil told ABC4.<\/p>\n<p>To affirm this dedication, DeCoil said that Pulls &amp; PRs will use DOTS, a system that factors in body weight and sex into one\u2019s score.
