Following his father\u2019s legacy, 28-year-old Joseph Baena won the International Natural Bodybuilding Association (INBA) Iron Gladiator in different categories <\/p>\n
O Arnold Schwarzenegger\u2019s son, Joseph Baena<\/strong>28 years old, followed in his father\u2019s footsteps and won first place in the Iron Gladiator of the International Natural Bodybuilding Association (INBA)<\/strong>held in Southern California on Sunday (6).<\/p>\n In an interview with Fox News, the bodybuilder said he was \u201cexcited\u201d to present the results of his work. \u201cIt\u2019s my second competition,\u201d he said before the event. \u201cWe are ready to premiere and excited to get started.\u201d He added that he chose INBA because he considers it one of the most respected federations in natural bodybuilding.<\/p>\n In the presentation, the athlete took to the stage in a black costume and posed holding a silver sword and a helmet<\/strong>. Before the competition, he shared his preparation on social media and wrote: \u201cTanned and signed up! Ready for tomorrow\u2019s show.\u201d<\/p>\n In addition to the main title, Baena won first place in the Men\u2019s Open Bodybuilding Heavy Weight Class, Men\u2019s Classic Physique True Novice and Men\u2019s Classic Physique Novice categories, in addition to second place in the Men\u2019s Classic Physique Open Class C. After the victory, he thanked the support received, but indicated that he intends to continue competing.<\/p>\n Arnold Schwarzenegger\u2019s son also recently showed part of his training routine alongside his father<\/strong>. \u201cYou need to shock your muscles!\u201d he wrote in one post. In a video, Schwarzenegger appears adjusting his son\u2019s posture during training.<\/p>\n In addition to bodybuilding, Joseph has been building a career as an actor, with works such as the film \u201cGunner\u201d (2024), and has already graced the cover of Men\u2019s Health magazine.
