The proof is in the pudding!<\/p>\n

On Saturday, April 4,\u00a0Joseph Baena<\/strong>–the 28-year-old son of Arnold Schwarzenegger<\/strong> and Mildred Patricia Baena<\/strong>–achieved a huge win in a second bodybuilding federation. He competed at the INBA’s Iron Gladiator competition in California, which comes after he \u00a0racked up multiple wins a week prior at the NPC Natural Colorado State competition.<\/p>\n

Baena shared multiple photos on Instagram of himself onstage with a sword<\/a> and shield after earning his pro card, excited to share the news of his win.<\/p>\n

\u201cYour new INBA Iron Gladiator Classic Physique Champion,\u201d Baena captioned the pictures taken at the annual competition.<\/p>\n

Ahead of this impressive accomplishment, the bodybuilder revealed in an interview shared on Instagram that the INBA Iron Gladiator was only his \u201csecond show ever.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m really excited to be a part of the INBA and to experience this wonderful program,\u201d he said. \u201cMy fitness journey, it\u2019s been a long time.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI started lifting weights and fell in love with bodybuilding, seeing the improvement, the muscle gain, the strength gain and I fell in love with the sport, even watching,\u201d he further explained in the interview. \u201cThis year was the year that I said, \u2018Enough being afraid. Enough overthinking. It\u2019s time to commit.\u2019 \u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

Baena\u2019s victory comes one week after he won first place in multiple divisions<\/a> at the NPC Natural Colorado State competition \u2014 including the Men\u2019s Open Body Heavy Weight Class, Men\u2019s Classic Physique True Novice and Men\u2019s Class Physique Novice.<\/p>\n

\u201cMission Accomplished! \ud83e\udd47,\u201d he wrote on Instagram alongside photos of himself flexing onstage.<\/p>\n

Under his latest win, a bunch of fellow bodybuilders commented in support of Baena’s accomplishment, praising him for all of the hard work he’s put in.\u00a0<\/p>\n

“Definitely the Champ right here\ud83c\udfc6\ud83d\udd25,” Johny M\u00fcnster wrote. “I love that you just said let\u2019s try this, and you deliver so good bro\ud83e\udef1\ud83c\udffc\u200d\ud83e\udef2\ud83c\udffd\ud83d\udca5.”<\/p>\n

Joel Kellett added, “Awesome to see the improvements made in only a week. Congrats brother \ud83d\udc4f.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
