His huge <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/best-quad-exercises\/\">quads<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/superset-workout-for-biceps-triceps\/\">arms<\/a> gave his physique a proportionate look, helping him find success through the years. Of course, there isn\u2019t much time left for the Arnold. It\u2019s time to go hard now.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h4 id=\"meal-2\">Meal 2<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>60 grams of Cream of Rice\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Salt\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>20 grams of Peanut Butter<\/li>\n<li>2 scoops of whey protein (60 grams)\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sometimes he adds stevia to his cream of rice, but he decided against it since he\u2019s preparing for the Arnold Classic.\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u201cI add four times as much water for the cream of rice. That\u2019s 240 grams of water to get it right, sir. Stir until it thickens. Then put it in the microwave for one minute. You can add a sweetener, of course, a little salt,\u201d he shared. \u201cIt has both fast and slow carbs.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h4 id=\"meal-3-pre-workout-meal\">Meal 3 \u2013 Pre-Workout Meal\u00a0<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>60 grams of Jasmine Rice\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>250 grams of Tilapia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Gut health remains one of Mostafa\u2019s top priorities, and he notes that it has a major impact on his training performance:\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m the type, where if my gut is bothering me, honestly, I can\u2019t work out too heavy. I might need to delay my workout 2.5 hours to feel comfortable. For a long time, before working out, I might eat a carb meal right before exercisising but now I have to have it an hour and a half or two hours before.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h4 id=\"meal-4\">Meal 4<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>60 grams of Jasmine Rice\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>60 Grams of Whey Protein<\/li>\n<li>Water\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp of Salt\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mostafa plans to maintain this strict diet before traveling to Columbus, Ohio.\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"pullquote align-center\">\n<p>\u201cInake is decreased, and athletes cling to rice. They feel without that rice, their muscles vanish. Everything in the plan must be eaten, no more, no less.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h4 id=\"meal-5\">Meal 5\u00a0<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>250 grams of Tilapia\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>5 grams of Olive Oil\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To refuel after his workout, Mostafa stuck with tilapia, adding olive oil for healthy fats.\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cFinished workout and ate my protein meal. Shake and 150 grams of rice. Then, took a 20-minute sauna.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h4 id=\"meal-6\">Meal 6\u00a0<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>220 Grams of Chicken Breast\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>250 Grams of Sweet Potatoes\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Later at night, he enjoyed his only chicken-based meal of the day.\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cThis meal has 53 grams of protein, 50 grams of carbs, 6.5 grams of fat, and total calories were 479,\u201d he <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=goKRYRbdmX4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">adds<\/a>. \u201cLast meal, and that\u2019s it.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h4 id=\"meal-7\">Meal 7\u00a0<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>60 Grams of Jasmine Rice\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>220 Grams of Ground Beef (95% lean)\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>He finished off with ground beef sourced from his local butcher.\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"pullquote align-center\">\n<p>\u201cVery good for digestion, and it\u2019s easier on my stomach.
