Arnold Schwarzenegger has been helping train his 28-year-old love child<\/a> Joseph Baena for his son\u2019s bodybuilding debut at a competition in Colorado this Saturday.<\/p>\n The 78-year-old former Governor of California and Hollywood action star<\/a> has been hands on helping as Baena works out at Gold\u2019s Gym in Venice, California, ahead of his first bodybuilding competition.<\/p>\n In videos posted on his TikTok, Baena shows off his muscle-building skills as he lifts weights while Schwarzenegger stands nearby watching his son follow in his own legendary footsteps. Arnold is a seven-time Mr. Olympia and one of the most famous bodybuilders in history.<\/p>\n Arnold Schwarzenegger is helping train his love child Joseph Baena.<\/p>\n<\/figcaption><\/div>\n<\/figure>\n \u201cYou have to shock the muscles,\u201d Baena captioned one of the clips.<\/p>\n In another clip, Baena wrote \u201calmost showtime\u201d as he flexed and showed off his massive muscles for the hundreds of thousands of followers he\u2019s amassed on his social media.<\/p>\n On March 18, the nepo-baby wrote that he had packed on 18 lbs in 8 weeks leading up to the big competition for his debut at NPC Natural Colorado State Championships which will be held at Pinnacle Performing Arts Center in Denver, on Saturday, TMZ reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n Baena said he put on 18 lbs in 8 weeks ahead of the competition.<\/p>\n<\/figcaption><\/div>\n<\/figure>\n \u201cEvery athlete who enters this show will be drug tested,\u201d a message on the competition event page<\/a> read. There is no additional charge for testing. The testing process for this event may be inconvenient but well worth the extra effort to provide the same testing experience for each athlete.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cBy entering this event, each athlete agrees to schedule and take a 30 minute polygraph test prior to the competition at either the Colorado Springs or Denver testing locations to be announced.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cEach athlete agrees to abide by the professional polygraph results and no refunds will be given for a positive test result,\u201d it added.<\/p>\n Baena has been documenting his transformation for his hundreds of thousands of followers.<\/p>\n<\/figcaption><\/div>\n<\/figure>\n In 2011, Schwarzenegger revealed he fathered Baena after a \u201cone-night stand\u201d with his former housekeeper Mildred \u201cPatty\u201d Baena. The reveal ended Arnold\u2019s 25 year marriage with Maria Shriver.<\/p>\n Despite the fact that Baena spent most of his childhood being raised by his mother and growing up in Bakersfield, CA, he has followed most closely after his father as an actor and bodybuilder, than any of Schwarzengger\u2019s five kids, the Daily Mail reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cHe\u2019s an amazing father. He\u2019s a great person to look up to and he\u2019s the smartest man I know,\u201d Baena told ET in 2023<\/a>.<\/p>\n Baena will make his debut at the bodybuilding competition this Saturday.<\/p>\n<\/figcaption><\/div>\n<\/figure>\n \u201cIt\u2019s been a great journey and he\u2019s always been so supportive of whatever I do. So, I\u2019m just really grateful to have a dad like him.\u201d<\/p>\n Schwarzenegger has also been heading to the gym<\/a> lately, as he\u2019s reportedly getting ready to reclaim his role in the \u201cConan the Barbarian\u201d sequel.<\/p>\n The action star has reportedly been \u201cpushing himself to the limit\u201d and is determined to return to peak physical shape as he reprises one of his most iconic roles in the long-awaited sequel, according to the National Enquirer.<\/a><\/p>\n The original movie was released in May 1982, with Schwarzenegger, then 34, playing the title character.<\/p>\n The movie was a huge success for the studio and the former bodybuilder as it grossed $79 million at the box office and launched the Austrian as a genuine Hollywood star.<\/p>\n In 2011, Schwarzenegger revealed he fathered Baena after a \u201cone-night stand\u201d with a former housekeeper.<\/p>\n<\/figcaption><\/div>\n<\/figure>\n He also starred in the 1984 sequel<\/a>, Conan the Destroyer, the same year he played Terminator.<\/p>\n The project, dubbed \u201cKing Conan,\u201d has been in the works for decades.
