    Arnold Schwarzenegger<\/a> recently helped his son, Joseph Baena<\/a>, train for bodybuilding ahead of his competitive debut.<\/p>\n

    In a carousel of photos shared via TikTok<\/a> and Instagram<\/a> in late March, Baena, 28, wore a black tank with red athletic shorts as he lifted a bar with heavy weights at Gold\u2019s Gym in Venice, California.\u00a0Two of the snaps featured the Terminator<\/em><\/a> star, 78, encouraging and\/or coaching his son from the sidelines as Baena\u2019s biceps flexed from the exertion.<\/p>\n

    \u201cYou have to shock the muscles!\u201d the Dancing With the Stars<\/a><\/em> Season 31 alum captioned his update, quoting a lifting mantra of his famous father.<\/p>\n

    In the comments, Baena\u2019s TikTok followers praised his training efforts and marveled over his resemblance to Schwarzenegger. One fan wrote, \u201cHe resembles Arnold the most out of all his kids!\u201d<\/p>\n

    Another agreed, \u201cYou two are twins. It\u2019s insane.\u201d<\/p>\n

    Baena is the former California governor\u2019s youngest child. In 2011, it became public knowledge that Schwarzenegger had fathered a child outside his marriage to Maria Shriver<\/a>. The actor and his then housekeeper and assistant, Mildred Patricia \u201cPatty\u201d Baena, welcomed Joseph in October 1997 \u2014 five days after Schwarzenegger\u2019s youngest son with Shriver, Christopher, was born. However, they didn\u2019t know the Kindergarten Cop<\/a><\/em> star was his father for years.<\/p>\n

    In addition to Christopher, Schwarzenegger shares three other children with Shriver, his now ex-wife: Katherine Schwarzenegger<\/a>, 36, Christina Schwarzenegger, 34, and Patrick Schwarzenegger<\/a>, 32. Schwarzenegger and Shriver divorced in 2011, shortly after the news of Baena broke.<\/p>\n
