On Dec. 25, 2025, via YouTube, Dennis James and Jose Raymond dismissed PMMA injection claims against Derek Lunsford. They also condemned former champ Sarah Villegas for accusing Natalia Coelho of using the substance.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

After the 2025 Mr. Olympia<\/a> wrapped up, some fans had more questions than answers. Derek Lunsford<\/a> won back his Sandow trophy in a tense showdown between Hadi Choopan<\/a> and Chinedu Andrew \u201cJacked\u201d Obiekea<\/a>. In the show\u2019s aftermath, Lunsford has been accused of using PMMA to enhance his physique. He and his coach, Chris Aceto, have denied these allegations<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cSupposedly, his trainer did it [PMMA] to his chest, his own,\u201d said Jose Raymond.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cHis trainer, Fabricio, you all know who I\u2019m talking about. Derek and Ramon\u2019s trainer, he trains a lot of people in Brazil. He had a pec tear. I remember because he showed it to me,\u201d said James. \u201cYou could see. It was a big hole. He had something put in there to fill it out. That\u2019s what I heard. I didn\u2019t confirm it with him, but that\u2019s what I was told.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
