(KPLC) &#8211; Partners on and off the stage, professional bodybuilder Dylan Cassel and his girlfriend Sami Mosley are using their shared passion for competition to help train the next generation of athletes in the sport.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The couple has been competing in professional body builder competitions over the last few years.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u201cWe keep each other very accountable. I want to keep impressing him with everything that I do so I want to make him proud of it. No matter, he\u2019d be proud of me regardless but it\u2019s just another contributing factor,\u201d said Mosley.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u201cI\u2019m trying to impress her everyday,\u201d said Cassel.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The two compete in body building posing competitions nationally by each other\u2019s side.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u201cThree for me. I just started two years ago,\u201d said Mosley.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u201cI\u2019ve been competing since 2022. I\u2019ve done six shows,\u201d said Cassel.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Now the couple is paying it forward by helping the next wave of aspiring body builders.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\"> \u201cSo as many as we can get to. I think that this is our second one of the year,\u201d said Mosley.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u201cWe go to as many events as we can. There is no set number as to how many we\u2019ve done. I don\u2019t know how many we\u2019ve done together but it\u2019s fun when we can make it and we love to be a part of it,\u201d said Cassel.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The couple says posing is much more than just a strong physique. It takes knowing how to properly show off your muscles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u201cYou want to get the feedback. You don\u2019t want to just get hype, that\u2019s not going to help you win. That\u2019s not going to help you move forward. You want the critiques,\u201d said Mosley.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u201cYou want to be coachable and like really accepting the feedback. Because it\u2019s going to be constructive. It\u2019s going to help you. It\u2019s not going to hurt you. We are all trying to win together,\u201d said Cassel.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">At least 100 men and women amateur body builders attended the workshop, with hopes of one day becoming professionals themselves.<\/p>\n<p class=\"copyright |\"><i>Copyright 2026 KPLC.
