After deciding to skip last year&#8217;s Olympia in order to improve his details and gain more muscle mass, he has a clear goal in front of him &#8211; to dominate the prestigious New York Pro 2026. What does his current diet, training and what supplements and peptides does the Slovakian phenom include look like? Let&#8217;s take a closer look!<\/p>\n<h2>Diet? Over 500 grams of carbohydrates a day so far!<\/h2>\n<p>Although Krizo is 11 weeks away from the race and has officially started his diet, he is definitely not suffering from a lack of food. He himself admits that he is currently taking in around <b>500 grams of carbs a day<\/b> and has no plans to go below 400 grams.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><small><cite class=\"blockquote\"><strong><i>&#8220;Most days are the days when the food is too much for me.<\/i><\/strong><strong><i> It&#8217;s just the beginning of the diet and there are no big cuts compared to the volume,&#8221;<\/i><\/strong> he revealed to fans on his YouTube channel.<\/cite><\/small><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Kri\u017eo\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kulturistika.com\/file\/cd97b96ef0a3630b11da7ba0a6931145\/15801614\/Michal%20Kri%C5%BEo.jpg\" style=\"height: 80%; width: 80%;\"\/><\/p>\n<h3>This is what Kriz&#8217;s current all-day diet looks like:<\/h3>\n<ul>&#13;<\/p>\n<li><b>Meal 1:<\/b> 300 g egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 130 g rice porridge, 40 g honey<\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li><b>Meal 2:<\/b> 350 g potatoes, 330 g salmon (weighed raw)<\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li><b>Meal 3 (Pre-workout):<\/b> 120 g rice, 250 g chicken<\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li><b>Meal 4 (After training):<\/b> 75 g <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kulturistika.com\/en\/sports-nutrition\/proteins\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"proteinov\u00e9ho pr\u00e1\u0161ku\">protein powder<\/a><\/strong>, 50 g honey<\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li><b>Meal 5:<\/b> Beef steak, rice, broccoli<\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li><b>Meal 6:<\/b> 200 g chicken breast, 120 g rice, broccoli<\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li><b>Meal 7:<\/b> 200 g egg whites, 50 g protein, 20 g <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kulturistika.com\/en\/healthy-food\/nut-butters-and-cereals\/100-nut-butters\/peanut-butter\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"ara\u0161\u00eddov\u00e9ho m\u00e1sla\">peanut butter<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<p>&#13;\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Training and new cardio inclusion<\/h2>\n<p>In the volume phase, Krizo avoided cardio and focused only on practicing posing. But now he has incorporated <b>15 to 20 minutes on the exercise bike<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>As for strength training, he currently trains five times a week. However, he plans to incorporate a higher gear:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><small><cite class=\"blockquote\"><strong><i>&#8220;I would like to switch to training six times a week.<\/i> <\/strong><strong><i> Depending on my form, I will eventually adjust my training so that every muscle part except my legs is worked twice a week,&#8221;<\/i> he explains <\/strong>.<\/cite><\/small><\/p>\n<p>Since his shoulder injury, his training has been much more calculated and focused on maximum efficiency and safety.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2>Supplementation and Peptide &#8220;Stack&#8221;<\/h2>\n<p>Krizo makes no secret of the fact that he uses top-notch supplementation to maintain health and maximum recovery under extreme stress.
