But an examination by police revealed that she only had a visible scratch on her bicep, according to the affidavit.<\/p>\n<p>Cohen was subsequently arrested and charged with misdemeanor battery. It is not immediately clear if she has entered a plea or retained an attorney.<\/p>\n<p>In 2024, Cohen was arrested after police claimed she hacked into the laptop of her ex and released nude photos of his new girlfriend, according to a separate arrest affidavit obtained by PEOPLE.
