She also won the Bikini Olympia title in 2024, securing her spot in bodybuilding history. I did my check-in this morning, as regular, we are holding on to 136.4 at the moment. I am training at 12:30 today, which is a little bit later. We\u2019ve been training at 12. Normally, I eat. I take my pre-workout and drive to the gym, it\u2019s about 20 minutes. I have it with me. I\u2019m going to bring this to the gym and fill it with ice whenever it\u2019s ready. As of late, she\u2019s worked alongside \u2018The Godfather of Bodybuilding,\u2019 Charles Glass, who guided her through an <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/charles-glass-lauralie-chapados-back-workout-2025-olympia\/\">intense back workout<\/a>. During training, Glass gave her body positioning tips.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Chapados has a strong chance of becoming a four-time Arnold Classic titleholder.
