Jayne Trcka<\/b>, the actress who played Miss Man<\/b> in the 2000 comedy \u201cScary Movie\u201d – <\/b>a film that spoofed horror classics like \u201cScream\u201d and \u201cI Know What You Did Last Summer\u201d – has died at 62<\/b>. She was also a fitness model and one of the most recognized bodybuilders in the United States. While news of her death emerged this week, her son confirmed that she passed on Dec. 12<\/b> at her San Diego home.<\/p>\n

The final goodbye to Miss Man<\/h2>\n

In \u201cScary Movie,\u201d Trcka parodied the iconic gym teacher from the horror classic \u201cCarrie,\u201d earning her a memorable spot in the film\u2019s cult legacy. According to TMZ, law enforcement sources said a friend had called Trcka multiple times in the days before her body was found but received no response.<\/b> Concerned, the friend went to her home and discovered her unconscious<\/b> in the kitchen. Emergency responders arrived shortly after and pronounced her dead at the scene.<\/b><\/p>\n

Although the news is only now public, her son confirmed that Trcka had passed in mid-December. TMZ reports<\/a> that her family said she had no known illnesses or health conditions<\/b> prior to her death, with the cause of her pause said to be pending. <\/p>\n

Bodybuilding opens doors to Hollywood<\/h2>\n

Jayne Marie Trcka was born in Saint Paul, Minnesota, in 1963. She developed a passion for sports at a young age, particularly gymnastics and track and field. Her journey into professional fitness began in 1986 when she moved to Southern California to pursue weightlifting and bodybuilding<\/b>. Her success in competitions and appearances on magazine covers such as Flex, MuscleMag and Iron Man eventually opened doors in Hollywood.<\/b><\/p>\n

Trcka made her film debut in \u201cScary Movie\u201d <\/b>and went on to appear in movies including \u201cThe Black Magic,\u201d \u201cNudity Required,\u201d \u201cCattle Call\u201d and \u201cThe Bad Batch\u201d alongside Jason Momoa and Keanu Reeves. She also appeared as herself on several TV shows<\/b> and in music videos,<\/b> most famously Lady Gaga\u2019s \u201cTelephone\u201d<\/b> in 2010.<\/p>\n
