Discussions around who will win the 2026 Arnold Classic are heating up. On Jan. 19, 2026, coach Chris Aceto opened up about Chinedu Andrew \u2018Jacked\u2019 Obiekea<\/a>\u2018s driven mindset heading into the event.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jacked popped up on everyone\u2019s radar the moment he turned IFBB Pro at the 2022 Arnold Amateur<\/a>. Brick by brick, he\u2019s built his physique, which proved challenging due to his stature. The biggest triumph of Jacked\u2019s career came in 2025. At the Mr. Olympia<\/a>, he shocked the world en route to third place.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

The 2026 Arnold Classic<\/a> will feature returning champion Hadi Choopan<\/a>. Other than Derek Lunsford<\/a>, Choopan is the only competitor to get past Jacked at the biggest event of the year. Now closer to the Sandow trophy than ever before, Jacked plans to pick up his first major bodybuilding title when he heads to Columbus, Ohio.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Persian Wolf\u201d won\u2019t be his only concern. Martin Fitzwater<\/a>, who took fifth place at the Mr. Olympia, has enormous momentum. He recently defeated former Olympia winner Samson Dauda at the Prague Pro<\/a>. However, Jacked hasn\u2019t sat idle; the Nigerian native also claimed victory at the Romania Muscle Fest Pro<\/a>. He doesn\u2019t need to worry about an Olympia qualification, paving the way for a big performance.\u00a0<\/p>\n

During the Rx Muscle \u2013 Truth in Bodybuilding<\/em> interview, Aceto said Jacked was looking freaky and motivated with a \u2018winner\u2019s mindset.\u2019\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cYeah, [training with Kamal Elgargni] through the Arnold. So that will be interesting to see how that all plays out,\u201d said<\/a> Aceto. \u201cHe\u2019s looking freaky right now. He has a winner\u2019s mindset.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
